Nom nom nom (Day 24)

Today, as all my Wednesdays are, was busy. It’s difficult having class from 8:30AM to 7:15PM!! Luckily, I only have crazy days like this once a week. My class that runs from 4:15-7:15 took a 20 minute break halfway through, and everyone went to eat. I decided to “snack” (*cough* have a mini-dinner) with everyone else there. It ended up being a good thing though, because I would have been low in calories for the day without the break!

Chinese-style eggs, black beans, and bacon (Breakfast)

Two chicken thighs, salad mix, and black beans (Lunch).

MIxed salad, green beans, carrots (Snack).

One extra piece of turkey bacon while preparing dinner (Snack).

Shrimp stir-fry (Dinner).
