Here We Go Again (Day 1)

I am so in love with how many options are available on this diet!! I am currently sitting here next to my sloth of a boyfriend, who is eating Walmart-sized marshmallows. Frankly, I’m happy that I stuck with my baked apples with cinnamon. Yum!

Day 1 wasn’t so terrible ya’ll. I am much happier in this lifestyle. 

2 whole eggs, 1 egg white (Breakfast).

Banana (Snack).

Mixed greens, blackberries, and chicken breast with homemade honey-lemon salad dressing (Lunch).

Lemon parsley chicken with mixed greens and honey lemon salad dressing (Dinner).

2 baked apples with cinnamon (Dessert).

Totals Day 1!

      • No, I came off PAGG about a month ago, as I plateau’d hard, and when I stopped PAGG, I started losing again, but slower. I think PAGG was one of the causes for my plateau. Like you, I’m taking a lot of the 4HB concepts with me. I won’t miss the beans though! 🙂
