Cheat Day Recovery (Day 49)

I always find that I’m not hungry the day after cheat day. Today I haven’t felt sick, as has been the case with previous Sundays, but I’m shocked at how little I’ve eaten without feeling deprived at ALL.

Climbing tomorrow!

My boyfriend brought me breakfast in bed! So sweet. Eggs and turkey bacon (Breakfast).

Two chicken thighs, lentils, and steamed vegetables (Dinner).

One serving of jello (Snack).
