Okay, so a PLAN FOR TOMORROW (AKA CHEAT DAY):
AM: Snuggle in bed. AGG. Eat high-protein breakfast. Resume snuggling in bed.
Lunch: Drink grapefruit juice. AGG. Consume delicious Java Monkey sandwiches or Firehouse Subs.
After lunch: Go to H-Mart. Buy ingredients for ahi tuna to celebrate belated Valentine’s Day. Buy other ingredients for mega death cookies.
Sugar snack: Begin making mega death cookies (oreos wrapped in chocolate chip cookie dough). Invite Breneman and Bitsy over to consume cookies. LOTS OF SQUATS. Begin preparing ahi tuna.
Valentine’s Day dinner: Rent Date Night and Easy A. AGG. Finish making and consume ahi tuna. Watch movies. Snuggle. Eat more chocolate. Do more squats.
End of Day: Take PAGG. Snuggle in bed. Fall asleep. 🙂
Nine hours until we wake up and get to do this!!
Today was good. I had lots of Mexican food and went climbing again. I sort of want to go climbing more than once a week, but I don’t think that fits well into my schedule or my wallet. Either way, I’m starting to see muscle in my arms!!
