Getting Ready for Day One

Tomorrow, January 10th, 2011, my diet begins. In preparation, Aaron and I have cleaned our pantry, refrigerator, and freezer of any enticing subsistence.  In a few hours, we will be heading to Whole Foods to fill our barren shelves with Slow-Carb approved material.

The list:

Breakfast
Margarine (solely for cooking eggs)
1 dozen eggs
Turkey bacon
Egg whites

Four Servings of Taco Salad (without the sauce or the cheese)
4 lbs lean ground beef
4 packages taco seasoning mix
4 cans of chile beans
4 heads romaine lettuce
4 tomatoes
Sour cream
Salsa

Baked Chicken
Chicken
Seasoning

Faux Mashed Potatoes
White kidney beans

Veggies
Broccoli
Carrots
Green beens

Snack Food
Sugarless Jello
Salted pumpkin seeds

Dietary Supplements
One A Day Multivitamins (Essential)
Policosanol
Alpha-lipoic Acid
Green Tea Flavanols
Garglic Extract

Measurements to come. God I am dreading it… knowing that I was 15lbs lighter just in August is killing me. Tonight, Aaron and I are going to have our final meal together as little piggies. We’re going to have sushi because lord knows I’m going to miss it.
